Full Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ASICS purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, merchandise purchased directly from ASICS in the U.S. may be returned online or in person at any one of our ASICS retail stores for a full refund. All returns are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

For an item to be eligible for return, a valid proof of purchase (such as a store receipt, gift receipt, order confirmation, or order number starting with “ASCUS”) must accompany the return, and the merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on ASICS.com or at an ASICS retail store in the U.S.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, which is defined as:
    • All original tags still attached to product;
    • Product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
    • Product must be in original packaging, including the original shoe box, if applicable;
    • All original items and accessories must be included.
  • A reason for the return must be indicated.
  • Certain exclusions may apply.

ASICS will not accept returns of merchandise more than 90 calendar days after the date of purchase. Some merchandise may have specific return requirements. Please review the labels, hangtags, displays, etc. for additional information. Returns of merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

ASICS does not accept returns of merchandise purchased from sources other than ASICS stores or ASICS outlet stores in the U.S. and ASICS.com. To return merchandise purchased at or from another retailer or website, including authorized ASICS retailers, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased in accordance with that retailer or seller’s return process.

Products designated as “non-returnable,” “final sale,” or other similar designation at the time of purchase may not be returned. Footwear that is purchased through our “Road Tested” program is final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged, and is ineligible for warranty. All Gift Card purchases are final sale and are further subject to the ASICS Gift Card Terms.

Gently used footwear may be returned in person at any ASICS retail store in the U.S. within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of purchase. ASICS does not accept returns of gently used footwear through our online process. To find the ASICS U.S retail store location nearest you, use our store locator. Returns of gently used footwear are for store credit only and may be put towards a future in-store or online purchase.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately at ASICS’ sole discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed or gently used, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. ASICS reserves the right to deny any return and reserves the right to make, amend, or change its return policy at any time, and in its sole discretion, such changes to take effect upon posting.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the merchandise price paid and collected tax amount (if any). Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not a OneASICS™ member and you elect to return item(s) by mail via an ASICS prepaid return label, a $4.99 Return Shipping Fee shall be applied and deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The Return Shipping Fee applies for each single total return transaction and is not applied to each returned item individually. Returns are always free for OneASICS™ members and returns completed in an ASICS retail store or sent via an alternative shipping method are not subject to this fee.

Exchanges Policy

ASICS offers in-store exchanges of eligible merchandise purchased at any ASICS retail store in the U.S. To find the ASICS store nearest you, use our store locator. Please note that if you would like to exchange an item that was originally purchased online, this exchange will be processed as two separate transactions (first, a return of the item for a refund, followed by a purchase of the replacement item). Exchanges are not available through our online return process. Items received as a gift can only be exchanged in store for an ASICS Gift Card based on the original purchase price paid and must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please note that if an item does not meet the conditions required for a return to be accepted under our Return Policy, it will not be accepted for exchange. To the extent that the price of merchandise received in an exchange exceeds the price originally paid, you will be responsible for the difference. If the original price paid exceeds the price of the item received in an exchange, you will receive an ASICS Gift Card for the difference.

Online Returns Process

Eligible merchandise that was purchased online at ASICS.com or at an ASICS store in the U.S. with a credit card may be returned through our online return process. ASICS will not accept online returns of merchandise that is not in its original condition. Merchandise received as a gift or that was purchased with cash or an ASICS Gift Card cannot be returned through the online return process and must be returned to an ASICS store.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date you first mail your item(s) back for us to receive and process your return(s). All accepted returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it and will include only the price paid for the item(s) and collected tax amounts (if any). Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly statement. You will receive an email confirmation when we have finished processing your return. To avoid any processing delays, please take care to include all required information and return packing slips.  ASICS does not assume responsibility for shipments that may be lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen in transit.

Return using ASICS prepaid return label:

To start the online return process, you will need your order confirmation number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, or your ASICS store receipt. Returns are always FREE for OneASICS™ members using our prepaid return label. If you are not a OneASICS™ member, a $4.99 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label. If you do not wish to be charged the $4.99 Return Shipping Fee, you may use your own return shipping label or return the product in-store, separate instructions to follow.

ASICS prepaid returns are serviced by FedEx and must be sent from inside the U.S. Please note that for any areas that are not serviced by FedEx, including but not limited to, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam, ASICS prepaid return labels will not be available.

Return using my own shipping method:

You may return your eligible item(s) via your own shipping method. In order for your return to be accepted, you must use a service that tracks packages and follow the instructions below. Please note, when selecting your own shipping method, you are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your merchandise and ASICS is not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen in transit.

  1. When packing your item(s), you must include with your package the order number and the reason for the return. Without this information, we are unable to identify the order and will not be able to refund the order.

In-Store Returns Process

Bring your eligible item(s) to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet store in the U.S. for easy, free returns. Your item(s) must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (such as a store receipt, gift receipt, order confirmation email, or order number starting with “ASCUS”). If the return is accepted, ASICS will issue a refund to the original form of payment of the price paid for the item(s) and collected tax amount (if any). Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. If your original form of payment was an ASICS Gift Card, you will receive a new ASICS Gift Card for the value of the refund. Please note that if the original purchase was made in-store, you will receive a physical Gift Card and if the original purchase was made online, a new Gift Card will be emailed to you.   • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Merchandise noted as “clearance”, “nonreturnable”, “final sale” or similar designation may not be returned.

  • Merchandise purchased through our Road Tested program is considered “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

  • Facemasks and other face coverings may not be returned for safety reasons, and all sales of such products are final.

  • No personalized merchandise may be returned.

  • For merchandise purchased in store with cash, any returns must be completed in store and such merchandise may not be returned online.

  • Other exclusions may apply.

Return Fraud Policy

ASICS takes fraud in all its forms very seriously, including return fraud. To keep our product first quality and our community safe, ASICS constantly monitors its return process. Anyone suspected of engaging in fraudulent returns or similar behavior may have their returns denied, may no longer be permitted to purchase product through ASICS, and may be subject to additional actions, at ASICS sole discretion.
